ABOUT THE COCKTAIL CASA

La Casa de Cocktail is a cocktail bar created in 2019. Its founder Tony Casteran, from Toulouse, went through many adventures before opening his first  establishment in Verdun. This passionate bartender knew he had a taste for this service profession where making a pleasant moment for others turned out to be a pleasure. It was his grandfather who transmitted this passion to him when, at a very young age, Tony Casteran saw himself helping his grandfather in a small village café while he was preparing for his baccalaureate. Very quickly this young bartender was able to continue his path in this direction thanks to small seasonal jobs on the Catalan coast, and it was in Collioure, a small picturesque village on the Vermeille coast, that Tony Casteran continued his apprenticeship before continuing his career in the luxury hotel industry where  he was able to awaken all his passion in order to progress  and to improve his skills in learning how to make cocktails,_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ but also in all aspects of the service. Tony spent the rest of his career evolving in very large establishments of great renommée where he saw himself thanks to his experience assigning responsibilities to be a bar manager in luxury hotels in Courchevel, Eze, Saint Tropez, Porto Vecchio, Ibiza, but also internationally as a bar supervisor on cruise ships ... In 2019 he   created his bar cocktail and today after many requests, he wishes to develop his activity and continue the adventure in the event bar, an activity he has  been able to carry out during of missions entrusted to him in luxury hotels for weddings, birthdays, baptisms, receptions. A bartender is a person who can make pleasant cocktails but also a person who knows how  to listen and know how to remain in confidence, a person who wants to put his host in the best position for him make the time enjoyable.

Mixology is the ability to master mixtures in order to create cocktails with characteristics that adapt to everyone's tastes. An improvisation, an inspiration, in the right measure, in order to be able to appreciate all subtleties.
